You kiss me with your mouth wide open like you’re not afraid of swallowing poison. I taste the good and bad in you and want them both. We call this bravery.

australia’s got a lot of fucked up shit going on but at least we can say our last mass shooting was 18 years ago

because after it happened we placed higher restrictions on gun ownership

because that’s the logical fucking thing to do

Fun fact: Australia doesn’t have a Constitution or a Bill of Rights that states that citizens have the right to keep and bear arms in order to defend themselves. Ofc it was the logical thing to do; none of the citizens had a right to that weapon to begin with.

Another fun fact: I don’t want to be lectured on gun restrictions or anything having to do with my rights by someone whose country does not allow them free speech, civil disobedience, free religion, or the right to protect themselves even from their own government.

Final fun fact: I believe in gun safety, education, and some amount of restriction, but I should not be prevented from buying something to protect myself as a young woman living in a city with the highest rate of human trafficking, as a college girl living in a country where 1 out of 5 women are sexually assualted on college campuses, as a part of a family that lives in a ghetto neighborhood where violent home robberies occur daily and often, or a citizen who lives in an area where hunting is legal and important to many people’s livlehoods, as it is most often their only way to put food on their tables.

Wanna fix the problem?
Reduce the stigma on mental disorders, encourage gun safety and education, educate young men and women that they are not entitled to anything much less another person’s body, identify and address high-risk individuals, and focus on reducing bullying and other forms of harrassment that can lead to violent outburts in a society that focuses less on community and more on individual responsibility.

When my mom’s out in public, she sends me pictures of lesbians she sees.

Jesus I envy that relationship.

this is like the time when my mum took me bra shopping and the girl measuring me up was a lesbian and my mum said to me “i’ll go take a walk around the shop so you can talk to this nice young girl” and gave me a look as if to say “chat her up”.

My mum tries to push me towards cute possibly gay girls and then disappears. She did it in Primark once and I found her hiding behind a pile of knickers, watching me.

i love all of your moms

When I was 17 I was convinced I was in love with the check out girl at the grocery store 5 minutes away from our house, so my dad went to get milk and somehow found an appropriate point in the conversation while buying a half gallon of milk to give her my number. Three days later she called me and asked if I wanted to come over “to watch a movie” and long story short my dad got me laid thanks dad.
